The right eye is in shade, to much reflection causes it to look like glass marble. The belly button in my opinion needs more details cause right now it looks like dirty spot. Put some more finer groves in there and let the shadows do the rest.
The belts look like if they were levitating. Try to tighten them to make them look as if they actually touch the skin. Also the belts are to shiny. They look as if made from polished plastic and i assume you aimed for leather, am i rite? ;]
Overall it's really nice but i'm sure you can improve it even more ;] Good luck.
