Rikku never had that breasts size and no needs. The cute of Rikku's figure covers her original breasts size. Beauty is on accuracy.

How did you make this model? With the shapes and everything. Using the extrude tool?

Mostly start with cubes or cylinders, and extrude faces and add edge loops.
